Chip and coolant handling experts JORGENSEN CONVEYOR and FILTRATION SOLUTIONS will highlight its expanded FlexFiltration coolant management system at IMTS 2026, in the South building at booth #338009.

The FlexFiltration coolant management system extends coolant life, enhances part finishes, and reduces maintenance procedures and costs. Jorgensen will present complete, fully automated systems with compact modular designs and advanced customization, for integration versatility in coolant filtration and monitoring.

One of the FlexFiltration coolant management systems displayed will include a conveyor with an integrated coolant tank designed to fit on a high-speed, five-axis CNC machine tool. This solution – sold directly through OEM machine tool builders and dealers – incorporates an integrated FlexFiltration tank that maintains coolant clarity down to or below 10 microns, a chip conveyor, filter media, and accessories.

All these features comprise an adaptable system designed to fit different machining needs. The customizable package also features Jorgensen's PermaClean advanced filtration to eliminate sludge build-up in the coolant tank. PermaClean is paired with multi-stage cyclonic filtration for a consumables-free design, which eliminates non-cut time for tank maintenance.
