Compact, Single Set-up Multi-Tasking Machining

The DNX 2100SB offers twin turning spindles and a milling spindle, with high-precision indexing for six-sided machining of complex parts - for high-mix, low-volume production.

DN SOLUTION SOLUTIONS AMERICA will be exhibiting its DNX 2100SB multi-tasking turn-mill center for complex machining applications at IMTS 2026, in the South building at booth #338919. According to the developer, the DNX 2100SB makes the world of single set-up machining more accessible and allows manufacturers to move jobs from multiple turning and machining centers to one capable machine.

The DNX 2100SB features twin turning spindles and a powerful milling spindle with 0.0001° indexing for six-sided machining of complex parts, in a single set-up. This configuration delivers increased flexibility and reduced machine set-up times, an ideal combination for high-mix, low-volume environments.

A further benefit is the reduction in tooling costs over traditional turning centers with live tooling turrets. Thanks to the indexing milling spindle, one tool can be used for both the main and sub spindle, as well as one tool for radial and axial milling.

Standard tools can be used for complex applications, and no special angular toolholders are necessary.

With a maximum machining capacity of Ø520 x 1,100 mm (Ø20.5 x 43.3 in.), the DNX is well suited for a range of parts across a variety of industries. The machine is supplied as standard with a 12,000 r/min Capto C6 milling spindle, and turning spindles with 8-in. or 10-in. chucks are available.

The unit featured at IMTS 2026 will be equipped with the Siemens SINUMERIK ONE control, and the FANUC 0i-TF Plus is available as an alternative option.
