Robotics, Automation, and Intelligent Manufacturing Tech
YASKAWA MOTOMAN will demonstrate its latest industrial robotics, automation, and intelligent manufacturing technologies at IMTS 2026, with live automation demonstrations and experts available at booth 236601 in the North building.
Yaskawa Motoman robotics technologies are designed to help manufacturers address today's most pressing production challenges, including labor shortages, increasing quality demands, and the need for greater manufacturing flexibility. IMTS 2026 attendees will have an opportunity to see advanced robotic automation systems in action, learn about the latest developments in industrial robotics, and discuss automation strategies with Yaskawa application specialists.
The exhibit will feature technologies that support manufacturers across a wide range of industries, demonstrating how integrated robotic systems can improve throughput, enhance precision, and enable smarter manufacturing operations.
Among the exhibit highlights will be:
Motoman NEXT & “Pick Anything” demo. Featuring Yaskawa's physical AI automation initiative and the YNX controller. The "Pick Anything" demo will show the system's ability to autonomously handle a wide array of irregularly shaped, non-fixed items.
Collaborative screw and nut driving. Vision-guided HC collaborative robots (cobots) showing the precise torque and position sensing capabilities required for automatic screw and lug-nut driving in shared workspaces.
ArcWorld 2000 with linear track. A pre-engineered welding system designed for large-scale weldments, featuring stations up to 14 meters long equipped with integrated safety systems and high-performance welding equipment.
MH1-SH500 compact MIG welding cell. Combines an AR2010 robot on a compact MH1-500 tilt-rotate positioner integrated with SKS equipment, simulating high-accuracy, small-footprint MIG welding.
ArcWorld RS finishing. A compact enclosed and rotating cell built for repeatable material removal, sanding, and surface finishing jobs.
3D vision bin-picking demo. Uses a GP8L robot integrated with Keyence RB-800 3D bin-picking and CV-X 2D inspection cameras alongside a MagSwitch gripper.
HC10 robotic bartender. An interactive, crowd-pleasing demonstration featuring an HC10 collaborative robot running a bottoms-up beer system to exhibit smooth, safe human-robot interaction and rapid deployment.
Manufacturing professionals attending IMTS are encouraged to visit Yaskawa Motoman's booth to explore new automation solutions, discover emerging technologies, and learn how robotics can help accelerate digital transformation initiatives.
