The new Maxxturn 25 completes Emco Maier’s series of high-performance universal lathes, and the company said that this is the first time such a compact machine has been equipped with a Y axis and a sub-spindle. The lathe handles barstock up to 25 mm in diameter and chucks parts as big as 85 mm in diameter.
