Visual Twin is an immersive, photorealistic machining simulation that brings processes to life with realistic visuals and authentic sounds.

CERATIZIT will be presenting its digital twin technology at IMTS 2026, in the West building at booth 431900. Programmed and designed specifically for presentation at IMTS, the virtual display will bring tooling solutions and real-world industry applications to life, interacting with CERATIZIT’s Visual Twins simulation to demonstrate complete machining processes and tooling strategies in an immersive way.

Developed jointly with ModuleWorks GmbH, the CERATIZIT Visual Twin is not simply a CAD model or digital twin of a machine. It is an immersive, photorealistic machining simulation that brings processes to life with flying chips visuals and authentic machine sounds.

The programmed simulations will allow visitors to move from individual tooling demonstrations to complete industry applications. Guests will see CERATIZIT’s SilverLine, MonsterMill ISO-S, WTX UNI, WTX Quattro, HFC, and HFCD tooling applied to operations ranging from trochoidal milling and drilling to the production of oil-and-gas components, firearm slides, medical implants and instruments, aerospace parts and automotive components.

While impressive to experience, the Visual Twin delivers practical value by allowing manufacturers to evaluate tooling strategies in a virtual environment. Identifying potential issues before production helps reduce scrap, avoid unnecessary tool changes and maximize machine utilization.
