Cam Screws for Switching Workpieces

Norelem says its cam screws with clamping levers are suitable for clamping without tools.

Norelem released its new cam screws May 2026, which feature a clamping lever that allows users to clamp without tools. According to a company statement, the cam screws are suitable for use in assembly and laser applications that demand frequent workpiece changes. Norelem also noted the tool-free clamping also allows for flexible positioning of the clamp handle.

The Germany-based industrial supplier said the cam screws are available in varieties with different sizes and clamping force. A brass hexagon clamping nut allows for gentle but secure clamping on a target material, and an optional clamping washer is suitable for clamping blanks or cut-off portions. The clamps are additionally available with thread sizes from M6 to M16 and clamping forces between 1.2 and 2.8 kilonewtons.
