GROB SYSTEMS will present advanced five-axis machining technologies at IMTS 2026, at two locations to demonstrate their performance with automation systems and toolmaking processes. GROB machining centers, which are compatible with Industry 4.0 principles, are manufactured in the U.S. and engineered for productivity, precision, and flexibility. The machines’ design with a horizontal spindle position provide optimal chip fall, long Z-travel paths, and outstanding accessibility to the workpiece.

The GROB G150 five-axis machining center will be integrated with LANG Technik USA’s Robotrex automation system at booth 236667 in the North building. The compact, highly dynamic machining center will produce an aluminum, American flag belt buckle in live demonstrations throughout each day of IMTS.

Designed for high-precision machining of complex components in a compact footprint, the G150 features direct and absolute position encoders in all axes along with an innovative machine cooling concept that delivers exceptional contouring accuracy and thermal stability.

The GROB G550 five-axis universal machining center will be under power for YG-1 Tool Co., live machining a demo part in the West building at booth 431400 booth.
