The Bimax Model TA91-250 automatic circular sawing machine will be shown at IMTS 2010 by the Klingelhofer Corporation. They are designed for very accurate cutting of bars, tubes and shapes.
The high precision Swiss machines will hold cut length tolerances as close as .0008”. They are designed to use either high-speed steel or solid carbide saw blades. Special clamping and infeed equipment is available for loading and cutting of material in bundles. Automatic trim cutting and separation of remnant ends from the good cuts is also featured. A touch screen panel combined with a PLC control assures a user-friendly operation and simplified function diagnostics. The saw and material handling equipment are fully enclosed to meet all existing safety codes.
The models offered are the TA 91 with a 65mm (2.6”) dia. capacity, the TA 90 with a 100mm (3.9”) dia. capacity and a precision abrasive cutoff machine for cutting heat-treated steel, the TS 91 with a 30mm (1.2”) dia. capacity.
