Manual Guide i shop-floor software from GE Fanuc Automation Americas increases machine tool operators' productivity by providing a user-friendly environment that enables quick development from a drawing to a production part. Self-explanatory menus and graphics simulations guide users through the development to produce highly efficient results, even for complex-machining processes.

The new software is a cycle control with an ergonomic CNC operator interface for programming cycles based on ISO-code format. Operators use a graphical user interface with icons that create part programs interactively in a few setups.

One CNC screen provides all relevant information, so users are not constantly switching between several screens and getting lost in multiple pop-up screens. A machine-status window always displays actual position, feedrates, and load metrics. Soft keys with icons offer intuitive menu selection for inexperienced GE Fanuc Automation users to quickly create part programs without reference to any documentation.
