Divisions join to create one metal forming company

Bayloff Die and Machine Co. (www.bayloff.com) , a metal stamping and die maker has combined its two separate operating divisions into one new company. Bayloff, along with Target Stamped Products will now operate as one entity called Bayloff Stamped Products.
This large, combined company will provide a wide variety of engineering, tooling and stamping services primarily to the automotive industry. Individually, the two companies supplied parts to many of the same customers but on different programs. Together, they can offer these same customers both engineering and toolmaking services from one supplier.
