Rexroth Adds Products, eBusiness Portal for GoTo Fast Delivery Program

80% increase in drives and control products selection

Having already established an expedited delivery program for its drives and control products, Rexroth is expanding the range and capabilities of its products, and establishing a new online market to help customers expedite their purchases.

Bosch Rexroth AG specializes in drive and control technologies, and its Rexroth brand supplies more than 500,000 customers with tailored solutions for driving, controlling and moving machinery used in industrial and factory automation as well as in mobile applications.

Launched in April 2009 to complete optimal delivery times for Rexroth’s most requested drive and control products, the GoTo program now aims to help customers streamline processes, too, by incorporating GoTo products in a new eBusiness portal: eBusiness@Rexroth USA.

The portal presents registered customers with an online shopping function that simplifies their purchasing efforts.

Rexroth has also added 535 part numbers, bringing the total number of parts in the GoTo program to 2,221—an 80% increase in available parts since the program’s launch. The inclusion of many configurable parts expands the offering further with thousands of additional options for customers.

The GoTo program includes a broad range of Rexroth’s electric drives and controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, linear motion and aluminum framing products. GoTo provides quick access to product information and reliable delivery lead times that meet or exceed the expectations of the market. Delivery times vary according to specific products selected, but in many cases Rexroth’s GoTo products are shipped as quickly as 24 hours after ordering.

Rexroth’s GoTo quick-reference website has been updated with the latest product catalogs, too, and links to eBusiness@Rexroth USA. Online resources such as data sheets, part numbers, CAD drawings and 3D Solid Models, and dimensions greatly streamline the product selection process. It’s all part of Rexroth’s initiative to be a “go-to” partner for everything needed to build machines better and faster: competitive pricing, customer-focused delivery terms and expert applications support.
