Indianapolis, IN based Earth-Chain will offer the ELM-3000 EZ-LIFT lifting magnet with a maximum rated load of 6,600 lbs. (3,000 kg) and a safety factor of 3.5. All EZ-LIFT magnets are constructed from neodymium iron boron magnets that Earth-Chain says are five times more powerful than other magnets. They need no electricity to operate and are for use only with ferrous based metals.
