Boeing Commercial Airplanes reported 160 new aircraft deliveries during Q4 2025, meaning its full-year deliveries totaled 600 aircraft across its four major jet programs. Deliveries are critical to revenues for aircraft manufacturers, and the various disruptions to Boeing deliveries over the past seven years have significantly impacted its performance.
The company is not due to make its quarterly report until later this month, but available data indicates Boeing made a 42% improvement over 2024’s 348 deliveries.
The positive result will not beat the 2025 delivery total posted by rival Airbus, which delivered 793 commercial aircraft last year, 27 more than it delivered in 2024.
However, available data shows Boeing’s 1,075 new commercial aircraft orders for 2025 topped Airbus for the first time in seven years. Boeing’s order book for commercial aircraft now stands at 6,130 - including a significant new booking from Alaska Airlines at the end of 2025.
Airbus recorded 1,000 new orders for the past year, and now lists an order backlog of 8,754 aircraft.
