Integrated Parts Washing for Continuous Operations
ALMCO, a manufacturer of industrial parts washers and surface-finishing equipment, will present its PW12 multi-stage, inline parts washing system at IMTS 2026, in the South building at booth #338009. at IMTS 2026, demonstrating how the system delivers efficient, high-volume parts washing with continuous wash, rinse, and blow-off operations.
The PW12’s inline design eliminates repeated part lifting, staging, and transfer steps, reducing cycle times and improving throughput. The result is a more streamlined operation with greater scheduling predictability.
The continuous flow of parts between operations also reduces bottlenecks and lowers the physical demands on operators, thereby reducing the risk of ergonomic injuries.
The PW12 is part of ALMCO's washer line and can be custom-designed for each application, with conveyor widths and belt styles configured to move parts directly onto the customer's preferred material-handling solution without manual labor. Standard features include a variable-speed stainless-steel conveyance system, a removable stainless-steel chip tray, adjustable spray nozzles for 360-degree coverage, and heated wash and rinse tanks. Optional rust inhibitor and drying sections are also available.
ALMCO designs and builds its industrial parts washers and surface-finishing equipment in the U.S., specializing in equipment for deburring, polishing, and cleaning parts in high-volume production environments, and serving a range of industries including automotive, aerospace, medical, munitions, construction, and fasteners.
