High-Performance Vertical

The fully integrated 5-axis XR 600 5AX High-Performance machining center from Bridgeport, a member of The Hardinge Group (www.hardinge.com), takes its place as the newest member of the company’s series of XR vertical machining centers.

The rigid bridge-style machine has 45-mm fixed pre-tensioned double-nut cooled ballscrews on all its linear axes and carries a 600-mm-diameter integrated dual-axis rotary table with 150-degree tilt and 5-arc-second accuracy.
