Industrial Automation MIDDLE EAST and Motion, Drive & Automation MIDDLE EAST fairs

Dubai / Hannover. With the general economic boom in the United Arab Emirates, industry in this region is also growing, leading to increased demand for state-of-the-art automation technologies and innovative power transmission concepts. Between 2003 and 2007, the industrial sector grew by 66.4 percent. In 2006, German engineering companies alone exported goods amounting to 1.2m euros to the United Arab Emirates. The numerous ongoing and pending projects will also lead to rising demand for plant facilities and machinery over the next few years. This is a good reason for Deutsche Messe Hannover to launch the Industrial Automation (IA) MIDDLE EAST and the Motion, Drive Automation (MDA) MIDDLE EAST fairs, which will run from 19 to 21 January 2010, at the International Airport Expo Centre in Dubai.
