Carbide-tipped capscrew counterbores have heattreated alloy-steel straight shanks with integral pilots and come in material-specific carbide grades. The pilots come in nominal screw-body diameters and 1/64 and 1/32-in.-oversize diameters. Metric sizes are also available.
