The Blue Laser CMM scanner is a non-contact, optical measurement sensor that mounts on coordinate measuring machines and uses laser technology to rapidly and accurately capture 3D point clouds of manufactured parts, making it ideal for automotive, aerospace, and general industrial inspection.

LK METROLOGY INC., a global designer and manufacturer of coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), metrology software and associated CMM accessory products, will be exhibiting a variety of new products at IMTS 2026, in the East Building at booth #134338.

LK Metrology ISF 04.04.04 shop floor CMM

The LK Metrology ISF 04.04.04 is a shop-floor coordinate measuring machine designed to bring high-accuracy, lab-grade quality control directly into active production environments.

Four different CMMs will be displayed and demonstrated including: an ISF 04.04.04 shop floor CMM with a Renishaw MH20i probe head; ISF 07.06.05 shop floor CMM with a Renishaw MH20i probe head; an Altera M 10.10.8 with PH10MQ, TP20, SP25, LC15DX and LC12DX and L100NX  laser scanners (a multi-sensor setup); an Altera M 15.12.10 with SCANtec 5 equipped with a Renishaw REVO-2® 5-axis scanning system.

LK Metrology also will demonstrate its new PXR-CT ALPHA 320KV CT System as well as their 2026 well-known Camio measurement, programming simulation, analysis, and reporting software.

Also exhibited will be the new Industry 4.0 Metrology Gate, LK’s portal for remote inspection monitoring, as well as the advanced version of TouchDMIS CMM software and Focus Point Cloud inspection software. 

Related accessory products to be seen will include; LK’s changing racks (MSR,TSR,SSR); Styli Cleaner; and LK’s CMM checking gage.
