The workshop will focus on two critical areas: simulation governance and simulation-driven design. The objective of simulation governance is to provide a governing framework of internal policies, standards, processes, resources, rules, metrics, and best practices that will influence and determine a company’s capacity for simulation-based decision making. Simulation-driven design refers to the effective use of simulation during the ideation and concept phases of product development.
