Ford Europe and Fiat explore joint project

Ford of Europe has signed a memorandum of understanding with Fiat Auto SpA about jointly developing sub-B cars for Europe. The vehicles would be a Fiat 500 and a replacement for the Ford Ka. Both companies hope to reduce development and material costs through the joint project.
