Call for Entries for the 2008 Innovation of the Americas contest

Mori Seiki USA (www.moriseikius.com) has issued the call for entries for the 2008 Innovation of the Americas contest. The inaugural contest was held at IMTS 2006, and drew more than 200 entries. The Innovation of the Americas contest is designed to recognize the machinist who demonstrates the highest level of innovation in part design and manufacturing. The contest is open to all individuals, companies, schools and research institutes in North, Central and South America that perform cutting operations on a CNC machine tool.
