View Multiple Setups Via Software

Enhancements to CG Tech's Vericut, Version 6 machine simulation and optimization software include a project tree that lets operators view and configure multiple setups. Each setup has its own machine, fixtures, tools, NC programs, and simulation settings. A redesigned Tool Manager permits Optipath, Vericut's NC program optimization module, to be easily implemented and an improved model export option allows exports of native CATIA V5, ACIS SAT, and Step models. Vericut Version 6 also features simulated in-process feature geometry that creates CNC probe programs for onmachine, in-process inspection.
