Create and run palletizing applications
PalletTech version 3.3 palletizing software from Kuka Robotics Corp. USA has two modules — PalletEdit tool and PalletRun Time application package. PalletEdit is an off-line engineering and programming tool that lets operators develop palletizing applications in a GUI environment, including optimized pallet patterns and robot motion profiles. This is a tool with point-and-click interface. The PalletRun Time package executes routines developed in PalletEdit. It includes multiple fault and error-recovery strategies, manual or automatic hot restart, auto changeover including conveyor clear and partial pallet run out, and optional PLC control.
