The high viscosity of SuperAllTap tapping fluid lets it adhere to tools and/or workpieces. Reportedly, the fluid improves surface finishes, reduces scrap material, and extends tool use. SuperAllTap is suitable for machines that use coolants since it emulsifies in water and easily washes off into coolant systems. It is a nonhazardous and nonirritating formulation.
