Jag-IG-CNC internal grinders feature software with fill-inthe- blank graphics and touchscreen menus for programming straight and taper bores and radii. The machines' I.D. grinding spindles operate up to 55,000 rpm, their variable-speed workheads run up to 360 rpm; and X and Y-axis slides are hand-scraped, double V, and Turcite-coated. Optional second spindles are available for more flexibility in grinding mandrels as well as increased spindle speeds.
