Perforated-Belt Conveyor

For light to medium-duty applications, the 2200 Series conveyor from Dorner Manufacturing (www.dorner.com) features a perforated bedplate that is designed to provide better cooling and draining. Holes in the bedplate let air flow through the frame and bedplate of the conveyor to cool passing product. Users also can connect the conveyor to a vacuum to increase airflow. Plus, the holes let moisture drip through the modular plastic belt and bedplate without collecting inside the conveyor frame when items on the conveyor are being sprayed or are damp from previous processes.

Series 2200 belt widths measure between 1.75 in. and 24 in., and are available in lengths from 18 in. to 18 ft. Load capacity is 80 lb with a belt speed of 276 fpm.
