The acquisition permitted PETER WOLTERS of America to leverage the talents of all three organizations into one cohesive precision solutions company. PETER WOLTERS offers a very broad product line. We manufacture top quality precision surface machine tools for fine grinding, ID/OD grinding, thru-feed grinding, lapping, polishing and deburring. In addition, we offer a complete line of consumables and spare parts, a process lab, plus service on all our machines. We work closely with our customers to provide a complete system, not just a machine.

Our precision surface machine tools can be used for virtually unlimited applications: metals, semiconductor, ceramics, plastics and glass industries. Workpieces processed on PETER WOLTERS machines are unrivalled in regards to surface quality, flatness, parallelism and thickness tolerance.

PETER WOLTERS of America has two facilities in the U.S.; in Des Plaines, Ill. and in Plainville, Mass. Both locations provide excellent service and support nationwide. The Regional Sales Managers are experienced and highly knowledgeable of all three brands and the entire product line. They offer expertise, support, and consulting services. Dedicated Customer Service teams are ready to help you with your spares and consumable needs. Every operator knows the productivity of the machine depends on the quality and supply of the consumables provided for it. Therefore, PETER WOLTERS of America provides a separate internal group that focuses on providing a complete line of consumables and spare parts for all of our machines.

Our lab facilities and demonstration resourses have increased dramatically to include capabilities to demonstrate and provide short run production for our customers. Demonstrations and process development is carried out by our expert staff that covers metalworking, glass, ceramic, electronic and other materials processing. Our Service Department has also expanded with the marriage of the companies. With cross-training of talented specialists of each brand of machine, we have given our customers one source to maintain machines and improve operations for the high tolerance, high throughput machine tools that we supply.

Continuous R&D and new machines Our commitment to our customers is to provide the best in machinery and services to help our partners in accomplishing their goals. We have a market driven R&D program with customer development workshops and customer feedback systems. PETER WOLTERS has continued to invest heavily in accelerating new machine innovations and development.
