Their Enterprise Framework Agreement names Flowserve as Shell’s sole source provider for general service control valves, for upstream and downstream operations, for both capital projects and maintenance, and for repair and operations services.
The five-year agreement has an option for a five-year renewal. The value of the arrangement has not been released.
Dallas-based Flowserve is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of fluid motion and control products and services. It operates in 55 countries, offering engineered and industrial pumps, seals and valves as well as a range of related flow management services.
