Dec. 29, 2010

Swiss precision tooling manufacturer REGO-FIX broke ground recently at its headquarters in Tenniken, Switzerland, for construction of a new manufacturing plant that will expand its capacity and capabilities. The company indicates the new operation will double its production space.

REGO-FIX is one of the world’s top manufactures of Swiss precision tooling. It has U.S. operations in Indianapolis.

“Despite the recent economic conditions, we have continued to experience increased demand for our precision toolholding products,” stated REGO-FIX president Andreas S. Weber. “Over the past decade, we have completely filled the reserve space that was built into our current facility. This new expansion reflects the strong growth REGO-FIX has experienced as manufacturers around the world have discovered and embraced our products.”
