Long-life waterjet heads

AccuStream said its DiaLine water-jet cutting heads provide longer component life and faster cutting speeds over current industry cutting heads. The DiaLine uses longlife components, such as diamond orifices and Roctec 500 mixing chambers, that provide long periods of peak cutting performance.

An embedded diamond orifice eliminates misalignment and wear that are sometimes caused by damaged ruby orifices. The head is equipped with an innovative abrasive flow concept for proper protection of the diamond orifice and maximum diamond life. Diamond orifices have an estimated life of 1,000 to 2,000 hours, and the DiaLine adapts to all major manufacturers’ on/off valves with ease.
