Static clamping system

Ott-Jakob HSKclamping technology has been integrated into the new SST 60 Static Clamping System from Advanced Machine& Engineering Co.

The system is designed to provide high retention forces and exact position clamping of mechanical components such as pallets or workpieces. Its compact design allows for applications in small spaces.

Clamping force is 18 kN (4,047 lbf); clamping pressure is 80 bar (1,160 psi); release pressure is 50 bar (725 psi); and cleaning air maximum pressure is 10 bar (145 psi).

Attachment options include: fixed, one-direction free (during positioning, before clamping); and two directions (during positioning, before clamping).
