Sodick's MC430L and MC640 linear-motor-driven, high-speed machining centers are compact and require little floorspace.

Both have 40,000-rpm spindles and 1-G axis-acceleration rates. Axis travels measure 16 148 in. and 24.5 1612 in., respectively.
