Orbitally form parts

The Model B-310 pneumatic orbital-riveting machine comes with real-time process monitoring and control for orbitally forming parts up to 0.312 in. in diameter or an equivalent area in tube, square, or other form. Typical cycle time is less than 3 sec for everything from mild steel to hardened metals. The machine has an adjustable tool stroke, from 0.06 to 1.75 in. in 0.001-in. increments. Standard throat depth is 6 in., and maximum downward force is 2,120 lb at 100 psi pneumatic.
