Wire-threading system central to EDMs

The Robofil 390/690 EDMs deliver cutting action without the need to fill or drain their work tanks. Also, a special high-speed and maintenance-free wire-threading system, known as ThermoCut, stretches wire and cuts it under the effect of heat, regardless of wire diameter and material. A no-hole-detection feature prevents the machine from shutting down, and a special flushing nozzle provides submerged conditions around the wire while maintaining regular flow during finishing to prevent wire breakage and improve work quality.
