System removes fines from grinding fluids

The Turbo-Separator T22/RCS filtration system by Sanborn Technologies removes fine micron particles as it recycles grinding and polishing fluids. The system's centrifuge has a 40-gpm process rate and 22-lb solidsremoval-capacity rate. It includes a low-profile dirty and clean tank that receives dirty fluids via gravity. The clean tank has a multipass design, overflow protection and supply pump that returns clean fluid to machine tools.
