The new program offering, called JobBOSS2 Advanced Quality, presents a complete ISO compliance solution bridging multiple quality standards – e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, AS9100 and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 & Part 820 Compliance – and has 23 quality management modules, over 100 quality reports, 800 quality metrics, 80 trend analysis graphs and a built-in quality workflow system (To-Do List) to ensure that no quality task falls through the cracks.
JobBOSS2 Advanced Quality also allows job shop manufacturers to go paperless, and reports can be exported through Microsoft Office, email or PDF. In addition, it features optical character recognition (OCR), dimensional inspection bubble drawing capabilities, and the ability to track the total administrative cost of quality at every stage.
