Interchangeable reaming head system

Iscar Metals Inc. (www.iscarmetals.com) says its Bayo T-Ream reamers with interchangeable carbide heads are best for mass-production industries because of their quick setup and indexing times. The interchangeable design allows one shank to be used for a number of hole diameters and materials. The reaming system is for blind and through holes and applications with cross holes or keyways.
@TXD:The interchangeable heads, with internal coolant holes, have a quick-change bayonet mechanism for applications of H7 hole-tolerance range. A key clamps and releases the bayonet screw that is used to mount the carbide head to the steel shank. Solid carbide and heavy metal shanks are available.
