Weiler Corp., Cresco, Pa. (www.weilercorp.com) offers its Burr-Rx line of abrasive nylon disc brushes for in-machine deburring operations in CNC machining centers or custom designed machines. They are available in 3-in., 4-in., 5-in. and 6-in. diameters. With their high aggression filaments, the brushes remove large burrs and allow for fast feedrates without altering part dimensions.
