Designed for small applications, the Helical Nano Turbo cutters are available in a range of diameters from 0.500 in. to 0.750 in. and can handle depths-of-cut to 0.830 in. in a variety of materials and operations. They are available as shank endmills and as arbor/shell mills in normal and close-pitch models.
Helical Power Turbo cutters are available in normal and close-pitch styles. The company says they are designed to machine tough materials in demanding operations and are available in cylindrical shank and arbor/shell configurations in diameters from 1.5 in. to 4 in. with depth-of-cut capabilities to 2.520 in. Seco says all of its Turbo milling-system cutters deliver free-cutting performance in traditional square-shoulder operations and have the ability to ramp, slot, contour, plunge, and pocket mill and handle circular and helical interpolation.
