Alcoa Unit Announces Partnership With Dayton Transit Authority
Alcoa Wheel and Transportation Products said it formed a partnership with the Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority, one of the oldest bus fleets in the nation. Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority is Ohio’s 4th largest public transit system with over 11 million passenger trips a year. GE Healthcare Unveils New Magnetic Resonance Imaging Package
GE Healthcare launched a new Signa Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Oncology Package at the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology’s 50th annual meeting in Boston.
The Signa MRI Oncology Package, a dedicated oncology solution, enhances magnetic resonance imaging for radiation therapy planning and is compatible with the most widely used GE MRI systems. The package consists of a detachable flat-surface patient table with indexed edges, flexible surface coils for high resolution imaging and treatment positioning aids. Read More

PPG Acquires Bonny's China Automotive Refinish Coatings Business
PPG Industries has acquired the automotive refinish coatings business of the Bonny Coating-Made Co., Ltd. (Bonny), in Guangzhou, China. The business will operate as an indirect subsidiary of PPG. Financial terms were not disclosed. Read More

PPG To Acquire BASF North American Coil, Extrusion Coatings Business
PPG Industries said it reached an agreement with BASF Corp. to acquire that company’s North American coil and extrusion coatings (COEX) business. The agreement does not include the COEX businesses of BASF SE in Europe, South America and Asia. Terms were not disclosed. Read More
