| General Motors To Increase Vehicle Prices 3.5 Percent For 2009 Model Year General Motors Corp. told its dealers that it intends to increase prices for its 2009 vehicles by an average of 3.5 percent because of rising prices for commodities such as steel. Mark LaNeve, GM's vice president of North American sales, said in conference calls to dealers that GM will to recover only part of the rising cost of steel and other commodities and the cost of safety and other features on the new models. The increases amount to about $1,000 per vehicle. |

| Gulfstream Aerospace Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of General Dynamics, has reached an agreement with NetJets to supply a total of 40 new Gulfstream aircraft.
