Climax Metal Products buys Cleveland Sales Company

Climax Metal Products Company of Cleveland, Ohio (www.climaxmetal.com), a manufacturer of shaft collars, rigid couplings, and keyless locking assemblies used in the machining industry bought the Cleveland Sales Company, Inc. (Clesco).

Founded in 1930, Clesco is a manufacturer and supplier of power transmission components and zinc and aluminum die cast pulleys. Clesco has facilities in Willoughby, Ohio and Ennis, Texas.
