The Preferred Technologies lathe stop.

An idea from Preferred Technologies Inc. has turned into a patented product. The company created a stop that fits into standard CNC lathe turrets or bushings to absorb the impact created by a barfeeder when advancing barstock. An internal adjustment allows the stop to work for a wide range of bar sizes. When properly adjusted, the stop accurately locates the barstock and prevents damage to lathe turrets and barfeeders.
