Thunderbike, a custom motorcycle designer/builder in Niederrhein, Germany, competed in the AMD World Championship of Custom Bike Building 2012, at Sturgis, South Dakota.

The team behind German bike builder Thunderbike competed in the AMD World Championship of Custom Bike Building 2012, at Sturgis, South Dakota,  with the help of Open Mind Technologies AG's hyperMILL® CAM program to machine the customized parts.

“When we put together our list of amazing things to be machined, we were very glad that we had the CAM software hyperMILL® for the programming. We couldn't afford any mistakes; that was the only way we could stick to our ambitious timetable.”
