MAG Industrial Automation Systems in Sterling Heights, Mich. (www.mag-ias.com) has aligned its Cincinnati Machine, Giddings & Lewis Machine Tools and Cincinnati Automation Test (formerly CL Automation) business units to work as a single business segment serving the aerospace, construction equipment, oilfield equipment, power generation and general machining markets.

The company says the combined business segment, known as Cincinnati Technologies, will broaden capabilities and expand the portfolio of manufacturing solutions offered globally.

"Bringing together the best-in-class product lines and diverse experience base of these three industry leaders through a common selling and marketing channel will provide customers more choices," said Dan Janka, president of Cincinnati Technologies.
