Dow Performance Fluids Launches Internet Q&A
Dow Chemical Co.’s Fluids & Lubricants operations in mid-May launched a Dow Answer Center devoted to lubricants.

The answer center is based on a dynamic knowledge database that is designed to provide answers to frequently asked technical questions, regulatory content, and other data for users of the company’s lubricants and fluids.

The website — http://dow-answer.custhelp.com — has answers to more than 100 frequently asked questions, and has a feature to allow other questions to be addressed directly to Dow experts.

Dow said its customer technical support center responds to questions within two business days.
