Veridiam acquires Allied Swiss Screw Products

Verdiam, a provider of EDM services, milled and turned components, welded and drawn tubing, metal and tubular components and assemblies for aerospace, nuclear power, medical and industrial applications, has completed its acquisition of Allied Swiss Screw Products, Inc. of Oceanside, Calif.

Allied Swiss is a provider of custom-fabricated ultra-precision machined products. Its key specialties include dental implants, abutments, prosthetics and surgical components. Allied Swiss’s fabrication capabilities include 44 multi-axis CNC Swiss and CNC turning centers.
