Ameriforge Group Inc. (www.ameriforge.com), acquired Prince Industries of Livonia, Mich., a provider of precision machining for large seamless rolled rings and other forgings used in high-growth industries, including power generation, aerospace, and industrial. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The company is organized into three distinct market focused business segments including connectors and sealing technology, power generation and aerospace, and transportation, oil & gas, and industrial. Prince Industries is a machine shop based in Livonia, Mich., that employs 35 people. It is not to be confused with Prince Industries Inc., of Carol Stream, Ill., a globally recognized manufacturer of precision machined and sheet metal fabricated components.
