FNB Titan saws, one of the FMB Pro Mitre series of FMB directdrive saws from Pat Mooney Inc. (www.patmooneysaws.com), are designed to cut thin-wall tubes, profiles and heavy steel sections or hard solid materials. With a hydraulic control downfeed and variable-speed drive, the saws mitre cut from 0 to 60 degrees with a 14-in. cutting capacity.

Titan's FMB Accu-Cut blade guide system uses carbide blade guides with set tolerance of 0.0007 in., and with top and side roller guides for support into carbide guides. The saws have variable blade speeds of 62 fpm to 310 fpm, 24-in. length stop, heavyduty clamping vise with quick-clamp action, infeed and outfeed roller supports and a recirculating flood coolant system.
