Carr Lane Roemheld has developed new swing clamps
Carr Lane Roemheld has developed new swing clamps that have top flange mountings to accommodate more parts on fixtures. The company says its clamp bodies are hidden below the fixture surfaces, providing more room on the top of fixtures for parts. The clamps have an integrated safety clutch mechanism to protect them and parts from misaligned arms or misloaded parts. This family of Carr Lane Roemheld swing clamps is available in four piston sizes, with clamping forces from 1,200 pounds to 8,100 pounds. With all of the options available for the clamps, the company says there are 28 single-action versions and 84 double-action versions. Additionally, the clamps can be mounted with standard tubing or with manifold mounting with maximum fluid pressures to 7,500 psi.www.clrh.com
